Accounting Manager – 1st Shift
- Responsible for accounts payable and receivable activities. Prepare weekly cash forecasts, reconciliation of monthly bank statements, and maintain petty cash fund. Maintain employee payroll records, prepare weekly and bi-weekly payroll. Prepare annual W-2 and W-3 forms for state and federal. Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements, cash flow statements, and financial graphs. Assist in preparation of annual budgets, overhead calculations, and distribution of monthly budget reports. Strong G/L experience desired. B.S. in Accounting degree required, as well as 3-5 years of previous or similar work experience.
Chucker Setup / Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift
- Setup and operate Acme Gridley HSC. Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions. Inspect parts for defects, and measure parts to determine accuracy of machine operation using micrometers, gages or other measuring instruments. Observe machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machine as necessary. Performing job, individual must be able to bend, walk, stoop, and stand. Frequent lifting may be required, 50-75 pounds. The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment and must comply with IATF quality standards. High School diploma or GED equivalent desired. Prefer individual with 3-5 years’ experience.
Header Setup / Operator – 2nd Shift
- Setup and operate multi-die headers. Preference given to experience with 56 or 89 Nationals or multi-die Sacmas. Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions. Inspect parts for defects, and measure parts to determine accuracy of machine operation using micrometers, gages or other measuring instruments. Observe machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machine as necessary. Performing job, individual must be able to bend, walk, stoop, and stand. Frequent lifting may be required, 50-75 pounds. The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. 3-5 years of similar or related work experience desired.
Toolmaker – 2nd Shift
- Maintain company quality standards to meet or exceed customer expectations. Manufacture, set-up, and repair all header tooling. Responsible for interpretation of tooling standards, prints, and procedures. Performing job, individual must be able to sit, stand, push/pull, and have precise manual dexterity. Occasional lifting may be required, 50-75 pounds. The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment (smoke, oil mist, and high noise frequencies). High School diploma or GED equivalent desired. Prefer individual with 3-5 years’ experience.
Drill Setup / Operator – 2nd Shift
- Setup and operate Drills and Universal Automatic Indexer. Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions. Inspect parts for defects, and measure parts to determine accuracy of machine operation using micrometers, gages, or other measuring instruments. Observe machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machine as necessary. Performing job, individual must be able to bend, walk, stoop, and stand. Frequent lifting may be required, 50-75 pounds. The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Prefer individual with 3-5 years’ experience.
Roll Thread Setup / Operator – 2nd Shift
- Tasks: Setup and operate Waterbury #10 Rollers & Videx Rollers. Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specification and tooling instructions. Inspect parts for defects, and measure parts to determine accuracy of machine operation using micrometers, gages, or other measuring instruments. Observe machine operation to detect part defects or machine malfunctions, adjusting machine as necessary. Performing job, individual must be able to bend, walk, stoop, and stand. Frequent lifting may be required, 50-75 pounds. The individual will be exposed to normal machine shop environment. High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
